Every stone has a story.

Countertops, floors, cabinetry finishes and more, designed online, laid out on the real slab and installed by one project team.

The slab is the plan

We make sure the veins tell it beautifully.

An island top, its waterfall leg and a backsplash laid out on one real slab, with the seams marked and a vein running unbroken across the mitred corner.

Why Luxify

Three things that change how you buy stone

Buying countertops used to mean sample chips, guesswork and a surprise seam. We rebuilt the process around what you can actually see.

Eli, by voice

Describe your kitchen out loud, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Eli sketches the countertop with you, asks only what matters and prepares your layout and project range.

The real slab layout, three ways

Every drawing is laid out on your stone's real slab: Best vein match, Balanced and Most economical. You see the slabs, the seams and the difference before you choose.

See the three layouts

One team, design to installation

One Luxify project team coordinates measuring, templating, fabrication and installation in Florida, and stays accountable from design to handover, for countertops, cabinetry finishes, floors and everything around them.

How it works

Your stone, your choice

Three layouts on your real slab

Natural stone is never the same twice, so where each piece is cut from the slab matters. For every drawing, the studio lays out three honest options side by side.

Example layout. A island · B1 and B2 the sink run, in two parts · C cooktop run. Red dashes mark the seam.

Example: three slabs. The island is centered on the main vein; the long sink run is cut in two parts from two slabs in sequence, so the vein carries across its seam.AB1B2CSeam

Best vein match

Slabs
3
Seams
1, on the long run, veins matched across it
Slab used
41%
  • Veins flow across the seam and around the corner
  • The island gets the slab's best movement
  • Uses one more slab than the other two
Try this with your kitchen
Example: two slabs. The island is centered on the main vein; the two parts of the sink run and the cooktop run share the second slab, all running the same way.Not neededAB2CB1Seam

Balanced

Slabs
2
Seams
1, on the long run, clear of the sink
Slab used
62%
  • The island keeps the main vein
  • One slab fewer than the best vein match
  • Every piece runs the same way on the slab
Try this with your kitchen
Example: two slabs packed as tightly as possible. One part of the sink run is turned to fit beside the island, which leaves the largest leftover in one piece on the second slab. Not neededAB2B1CLeftoverSeam

Most economical

Slabs
2
Seams
1, on the long run, clear of the sink
Slab used
62%
Largest leftover
56 × 37 in, kept in one piece
  • The same two slabs, packed for the tightest cut
  • One part is turned, so its veins may change direction at the seam
  • Seams still never over the sink or cooktop
Try this with your kitchen

In the studio, each option also shows its project range and how it compares with the recommended one. Every layout uses your stone's real slab size. The final layout is approved by you at templating.

The materials world

Every stone has a character. Choose yours.

From quartzite's crystalline depth to the quiet uniformity of quartz, each family behaves differently in a kitchen. The marketplace shows real products with their slab sizes, so your layout starts from the stone itself.

  • Crystalline white and gold quartzite, a freshly cut face at the quarry

    Quartzite

Natural, very hard, with crystalline veins.

  • Polished cream marble slab with soft gray veins and a crisp square edge

    Marble

Classic veining that ages with character.

  • Polished dark stone countertop edge over fluted wood cabinetry, warm light below

    Granite

Dense and durable, grain by grain.

  • Warm white stone face with fine veins above a soft line of light

    Quartz

Engineered, consistent, easy to live with.

  • Large dark slab with fine gold and white veins

    Porcelain

Large, thin slabs with bold patterns.

  • Translucent honey-white slabs with golden veins glowing under light

    Onyx

    Translucent bands, made for light.

  • Rough block of deep green stone with dark veins, wet from the quarry

    Exotic stones

Rare colors for a single statement piece.

  • Large-format stone-look floor tiles in warm sunlight

    Floors

Wood, wood-look plank and porcelain tile.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I get a price?

Design your countertop or floor online and the studio shows a range for your whole project, calculated from your own layout. Floating vanities and fireplaces are priced on request: our estimator sends your price after reviewing the design. The final price is confirmed after measuring.

Why don't you quote per square foot?

Because a rate hides what really drives the cost: the slab you choose, how many slabs your layout needs, edges, cutouts and seams. A project range from your own drawing is closer to what you will actually pay.

Where will the seams be?

You see every seam in the layout before you choose. We keep seams away from the sink and the cooktop, and the final layout is approved by you at templating.

What happens at the measuring visit?

We measure your space, bring samples and show your layout on your slabs. If anything changes, your drawing and your range are updated before you decide.

Do you work in my area?

We work in Florida, from our base in Central Florida. Share your ZIP code when you book a visit and we confirm coverage for your address.
